Sam (Tom Cavanagh) and Gray (Heather Graham) are typical chic young New York professionals. Sam is a surgical intern and Gray creates ad campaigns. They share a downtown loft and a love of ballroom dancing. They are best friends and finish each other’s sentences. Everyone thinks they are the perfect couple but there is one problem. They are brother and sister. So the two decide that it is time to work on meeting people they can date and marry. They each set out to find someone for the other. In a local dog park Gray meets Charlie (Bridget Moynahan) who is a zoologist who has recently moved to New York. She seems perfect for Sam so Gray invites her to go out with the two of them. Sam, of course, falls in love at first sight. Unfortunately for the course of true love, so does Gray. Who will Charlie choose?
